Angelo LoBosco is a Managing Partner and Chief Executive Officer of Gryphon Real Estate Capital Partners, LLC.  In this capacity, he is responsible for leading the firm's strategic growth, setting corporate strategy and developing and managing relationships with equity and business partners.  Mr. LoBosco also serves on the Investment Committee.

Over the past 25 years, Mr. LoBosco has amassed a proven record of completing financing, loan restructuring, acquisition and development transactions totaling over $8 billion in both institutional and entrepreneurial environments over multiple market cycles.  He spearheaded the successful creation and growth of four investment platforms totaling $3.25 billion focusing on core/core plus, value-add and opportunistic investment strategies. These platforms were developed with such prestigious partners as the Metzler Bankhaus, Deutsche Immobilien Fonds AG (Union Investment), a major US pension fund and the Vardinoyannis Group.

During the market correction in the early 1990's, Mr. LoBosco honed his credit and workout skills at Citicorp Real Estate where he restructured over $1.5 billion of debt and facilitated the disposition of over $400 million of REO for the bank.

Mr. LoBosco earned an MBA in Finance and Real Estate from Columbia University Business School and a BA in Economics at Brown University, where he also achieved All-American honors in lacrosse, was elected to the Brown University Athletic Hall of Fame and currently serves as President of the Friends of Brown Lacrosse Group.
