Jarrod Hopkins is a Managing Director of Gryphon Real Estate Capital Partners, LLC, where his responsibilities include financial analysis, due diligence, market research and loan servicing.

​

Jarrod has spent ten years in the real estate industry, having participated in nearly $500 million of real estate financings and investments, including senior, mezzanine and preferred equity. As a key team member at JPS Capital Partners, a boutique real estate capital advisory firm, Jarrod managed the due diligence process, created loan underwriting packages for submission to credit committee and established loan servicing protocols with borrowers.

Jarrod also worked at a real estate technology start-up, Myhomepayge, which provides services to the residential property management industry. Among his duties, Jarrod worked directly with property owners, board members and managers as their account representative, helping to ensure the smooth operation of their property.

Jarrod attended Pace University as an undergraduate and is a graduate of Bergen Catholic High School.
